ZEN arrived in Australia only a few months before the Sydney to Hobart in 2019 with a long list to change in order to be ready and compliant. Morgan Yachting was contracted oversee the project at McConaghy boats. Wade had several staff to carry out the list along with the contractors that included scrutineering all engineering and plan approval: New Jib tracks; New bowsprit; Steering wheel conversion; New engine; New electronics; waterproofing and other deck gear changes for offshore needs. The project was hugely rewarding and continues to perform well, winning the 2021 Cabbage tree Island race
